Man, how long did this take to re-imagine in Non-pixelated form and improvise on the spot to recreate these pieces?

I definitely don't have the ability to make something this vibrant & detailed...

I wonder personally, how do some people just innately know what fits well with whatever theme's they do on paper or Tablet....

Or is it all just a matter of sheer practice?
